The Libyan International Iron and Steel and Processing Equipment EXPO is hosted and organized by the Libyan Iron and Steel Company in partnership with the Libyan Business Council and Neptune for Media Services, Conferences and Exhibitions. The exhibition covers an area of 8,000 square meters on the grounds of the Libyan Iron and Steel Company and features broad participation from international companies, factories, public institutions, environmental organizations, and stakeholders in iron waste and its derivatives. The exhibition and conference will take place from October 4 to 7, 2025, for a duration of four days.

The Libyan Iron and Steel Company is responsible for organizing and overseeing the exhibition in partnership with the Libyan Businessmen Council, which is being implemented by Neptune Media Services and Conference & Exhibition Organizing Company.

Visitor Registration Requirements

  • Presenting your Identification Card in the exhibition, otherwise, the organizer does not bear any responsibility if the person’s entry is denied.
  • This card allows you to get around the exhibition and attend workshops and conferences.
  • It is strictly forbidden to advertise or promote any company not participating in the exhibition
  • It is not allowed to display any products that violate Libyan and Islamic laws, legislation and culture.
  • Customs, traditions and the nature of the conservative state must be respected in clothing and no profanity should be uttered inside the exhibition. Otherwise, the organizing committee is not responsible if the security personnel take any action in this regard.
  • If you wish to communicate with any company and reach any agreements, the organizing committee welcomes your initiative and is happy to help you reach your goal
  • The organizing committee provides all the necessary needs  for the visitors, including recreational places, a cafe, lavatory, and a special place for prayers for both sexes.
  • Access and entry to the exhibition are conditional on payment of a value on arrival, which is 10 dinars per day and 25 dinars visit permit for the entire exhibition days.
  •  This permit is only valid for one person, and it is not allowed to accompany other visitors using the permit.
  • Children under the age of 18 are not allowed access to the exhibition.

Exhibitor Participation Requirements

  • Withdrawal within ten days of the event results in a 20% deduction from the paid amount.
  • Booth swaps are only allowed with the organizer’s approval.
  • No booth setup modifications after the exhibition opens.
  • The participant must transport and clear their booth within three days of the event’s conclusion.
  • No dismantling or removal of displays before the exhibition ends.
  • The use of audio systems and raffles are strictly prohibited during the event.
  • Participants are responsible for booth security; the organizer holds no liability for any force majeure events or damages.
  • The opening hours of the exhibition shall be determined by the organizer according to the appropriate time and the exhibitor shall not have the right to object to the timing.
  • It is not allowed to display any products that violate Libyan laws, Islamic values, and cultural norms.
  • It is not allowed to drill the walls, barriers and floor or to exploit the ceiling. Everything must be handed over as received. The violation of this term leads to imposing a fine of not less than 1000 Libyan dinars.
  • If the participant withdraws 9 days before the start of the exhibition, no refund will be made to said participant.
  • The booth shall only be delivered to the exhibition upon full payment of the participation fee.
  • The participants commit to the adherence to official decent clothes, and to refrain from using any vulgarity or profanity throughout the exhibition days.
  • It is strictly forbidden to take children under the age of 18 to the exhibition and the adjacent areas.
  • Presenting the Identification Card of the exhibition Otherwise, the organizer bears no responsibility if the entry of any person, who does not have said identification, is denied.
  • The organizer shall provide cleaning services and internal transportation throughout the official times of the exhibition, which shall be determined later.
  • The organizer shall provide 3 seats, a table and a board, bearing the name of the participant, in the booth.
  • In the event that the participant requests any other services, they should contact the phone numbers below and agree on an appropriate price for any other services.
